Listen to how we took care of a client’s refrigerator repair, even when the required part didn’t exist: Our client had a Sub-Zero fridge model with a malfunctioning control board, and the specific replacement component was no longer being manufactured by Sub-Zero. So, it looked like she was going to need a new refrigerator. And, to make matters worse, a new fridge would not fit properly into the space, meaning she also would need new cabinets for the area around the refrigerator—and because the cabinet style had been discontinued by the manufacturer, she would need an entire kitchen remodel to make all the cabinets match. One malfunctioning fridge control board was going to end up costing a full kitchen remodel.
